Disable Zoho CRM Integration

You can disable the Zoho CRM integration on Cloud Voice at any time when you want to pause the CRM integration.

Procedure

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Integrations > CRM.
  2. Turn off the Enable Zoho Integration switch on the top.

  3. Click Save.

Result

  • The Status field displays Disabled.
  • The CRM integration configurations are retained and can be used directly the next time it is enabled.
