Improvement and bug fixes

SIP Registration: Fixed the SIP registration issue: When the user disabled the Cloud Voice App Clients of an extension, the SIP registration of the next extension or trunk would fail.
Speed Dial: Fixed the Speed Dial issue: When sent a call using a speed dial, the Cloud Voice App Web Client displayed the speed dial number instead of the phone number.
